Hello,
1. Either remove festering wounds entirely or at the very least have them stored on the death knight. On target combo points are rubbish as evidenced by your removal of them from rogues and druids.
2. Remove scourge strike DnD cleave and make epidemic baseline. Add in another resource talent in that row.
3. Petless talent that makes Raise undead a rotation based ability focusing on summoning numerous weaker undead.
Eg. Ghouls add a DoT, raise dead has X number of charges. Choice between front loading all charges for maximum dot stacking damage or spread out summoning for dot duration for an example.
